After 13 inspiration posts and a move to Dreamwidth I thought that this might be a good moment for something a little personal, and some feedback.

For the personal part I just wanted to say that making every voting post makes me so happy. Seeing all the wonderfull sets with lots of amazing icons makes me believe that this hobby is worth it.

For the feedback I wanted to say that creating icons for as many years as I've been doing it, creating posts, and keeping as many icon communities as I've been my ideas might not be as fresh/new as I want them to be. Knowing that I always want to post something here that will inspire your creativity, and be as inclusive as it can, as I know not everyone is intersted only in tv or movie fandoms. There are also lots of you who want to make stock, music, celebrity icons. It's not easy with every subject I think of, but I really try to make something where everyone can find something for themselves and their set.

With that I wanted to open this post to hear from you. Do you thnk that the inspiration post make you feel something, that you want to participate some months? As always all of you can suggest a theme I would gladly implement in the future. I'm also open to all kinds of feedback. If not here in the public forum you can also always DM me. Real life can be hectic at times but I always try to answer your questions as soon as I can.

Once again I wanted to thank everyone for being here, as I have to admit that I was scared to move to DW, and that it will be a flop, because there are all these great communities already. I also wanted to thank vaporveil for bringing me on board and trusting me to continue giving you an outlet to keep creating icons.

This is one of the older comms that still spark a lot of creativity for me.I like how it has a mix of older style and newer ones and I'm so glad for this comm. :D

I think you can have an official suggestion post where people can give ideas(I don't know if there already is one).

I'd love to have some LGBTQ themed rounds and or celebrity themed ones. Fashion is also another great topic. I also love any crop, negative bg, text based rounds.
I do think your inspiration posts are super pretty and the way you're managing things around here... very very good.

I love your inspiration posts ... although am always amazed how comprehensive they are.

I always read, and look at the suggestions, although sometimes I don't "like" ... however it is always that beauty is in the art of the beholder ... so good to see something I wouldn't do!

Thanks this time for the icon bases ... a great selection. Yes, I do snag those I like, with credit given over at my LJ icon journal ... so really they are great.
